Products that are ready to ship may be returned in new and unused condition within 14 days after you receive your purchase
(or 30 days when purchased between November 1 to January 6).
These include bags, wallets, belts, and key fobs.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping.

If I receive an item that has been used, I will not refund or replace it.
You may have the item shipped back to you at your own cost.
Please be sure that the item has not been used before shipping.


All bracelets are considered custom items and are not eligible for returns. If you have an issue with your bracelet, please contact me for help.
